Shiyama Hafeez Marikkar is the founder of Mind Faculty, an Internationally Certified Trainer & Skills development Facilitator, NLP, and Mindfulness Master Practitioner, she loves speaking, training, and helping individuals and companies of all sizes make lasting, sustainable transformation. She is recognized as the Most Outstanding Transformational Educator (International Organization of Educators And Researchers INC, May 2024) with more than ten years of working in Private Schools in Oman helping multinationals learn Science and Math. She also has conducted public workshops on personal development& leadership and loves helping people tap into their potential. She works with entrepreneurs, multinationals, and everything in between – including universities and government.
